SUMMARY
Rebbi holds that a father may make his son into a Nazir until he develops two hairs.
Rebbi Yosi Bar Yehudah holds that he only may make him into a Nazir until he reaches the age of Nedarim.
Only a son may use the Ma'os Stumim of the father for Korbanos Nezirus not a daughter. (1)
If after the father dies the son says that he will be a Nazir on the condition that he will use the Ma'os Stumim of his father, he may use the money for his Korbanos Nezirus. (2)
Rebbi Yosi says that if a son became a Nazir during the lifetime of his father he may not use the Ma'os Stumim of the father for his Nezirus. (3)
The Rabanan hold that even if the son became a Nazir during the lifetime of the father he may use the Ma'os Stumim of the father for his Nezirus. (4)
A daughter only inherits her father if there are no sons.
If there are two sons it is a Safek whether they split the money that the father set aside for his Korbanos or if the first one is Zocheh.
If one of the sons is a Bechor it is a Safek to the Gemara whether the Bechor takes an extra portion of the money that the father set aside for his Korbanos.
It is a Safek if the son may use the money that the father set aside for his Nezirus if he used a Lashon Hekdesh. (5)
It is a Safek if the son may use the money that the father set aside for his Nezirus if the father is a Nazir Olam and the son is a regular Nazir or vice versa.
It is a Safek if the son may use the money that the father set aside for his Nezirus if the father is a Nazir Tamei and the son is a Nazir Tahor or vice versa. (6)
A BIT MORE
1. Even if the daughter is an only child and she inherits her father she may not use the money for her Korbanos Nezirus.
2. This is a Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai.
3. The Ma'os Stumim of the father are used instead for Olos Nedavah.
4. This is the opinion of Rebbi Eliezer, Rebbi Meir and Rebbi Yehudah.
5. If the father said that the money is set aside for the Korbanos of his Nezirus it is regarded as a Lashon Hekdesh.
6. If the father set aside money for his Korbanos Tum'ah it is a Safek whether the son may add on to that money and use it for his Korbanos Taharah.

BRIEF INSIGHT
NEZIRUS OF THE FATHER AND THE SON
If there are two sons it is a Safek to the Gemara whether they split the money that the father set aside for his Korbanos or if the first one is Zocheh. The Rambam implies that the two sons split the money immediately upon the death of the father. The Keren Orah explains that if at the time that the father died the sons did not inherit the money immediately they would not be allowed to use it later because the money would immediately be reserved to be used for a Nedavah and there would be a Chiyuv Me'ilah for the using the money for any other purpose.

MONEY FOR KORBANOS
A man who becomes a Nazir may use the Korbanos of his father [for his Nezirus]. However a woman may not use the Korbanos of her father according to the Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai. If the father was a Nazir and he separated money for his Korbanos and he left Ma'os Stumim and he died, if the son says after the death of his father that he will be a Nazir on the condition that he will bring his Korbanos using the Ma'os Stumim of his father, he may use the money for his Korbanos Nezirus. Similarly if both the father and the son are Nezirim and the father set aside Ma'os Stumim for his Korbanos Nezirus and he died, if the son says that he will shave using the Ma'os Stumim of his father, he may use the money for his Korbanos Nezirus. However if the son does not say anything the money is used for Olos Nedavah. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 8:15)
