SUMMARY
If someone gives a woman two Perutos and is Mekadesh her with one Perutah and he says with the second Perutah he wants to be Mekadesh her after he divorces her, it is an unresolved question whether it is effective. If someone says that these trees shall be a Korban until they are cut down if the owner redeems them they go back to being Hekdesh and if another person redeems them they do not go back to Hekdesh. Someone who makes a Neder that he will not benefit from seafarers, people who do not travel at sea are not included. (1) Someone who makes a Neder that he will not benefit from people that go up to dry land, the Neder includes people that are seafarers. (2) A Neder that one will not benefit from Ro'ei Chamah includes blind people because the intent of the Neder is to include those that are seen by the sun. (3) A Neder that one will not benefit from black headed people includes bald people and white haired people because the intent of the Neder is to include all men. (4) A Neder that one will not benefit from people that were born does not include unborn children. The Chachamim hold that a Neder that one will not benefit from people who will be born also includes people who are already born at the time of the Neder. (5)
A BIT MORE
1. It is a Machlokes Amora'im whether the Neder includes people who travel short distances such as from Ako to Yafo. 2. BRIEF INSIGHT
SEAFARERS If a person makes a Neder that he will not benefit from seafarers it does not include people that travel only on rare occasions. Even according to the opinion that the Neder includes people who travel short distances such as from Ako to Yafo, the people who rarely travel at sea are not included. The reason for the distinction is that people who travel from Ako to Yafo are constantly at sea even though they travel short distances, however people that travel on rare occasion even if they do travel very long distances since they rarely travel they are not regarded as seafarers. QUICK HALACHAH
A NEDER FROM SEAFARERS If a person makes a Neder that he will not benefit from seafarers he may not benefit from people who travel from Ako to Yafo and he may not even benefit from people who travel for pleasure. If a person makes a Neder that he will not benefit from people who go up to dry land he may not benefit from seafarers. Even seafarers who travel great distances are included in the Neder because eventually they will end up on dry land. (Shulchan Aruch YD 217:33, 34)
