SUMMARY
1. If a person heard part of a Teki'ah before daybreak and part after daybreak, it does not count as a Teki'ah. 2. Rav Yehudah says that one should not blow a Shofar of a Korban Olah or Shelamim. 3. Rava at first said that one does not fulfill the Mitzvah if he uses the Shofar of a Korban Olah or Shelamim, but he then retracted his ruling. 4. One may not blow a Shofar that was used for idolatry or that belonged to a person from an Ir ha'Nidachas (a city that worshipped idols). 5. One who is forced to eat Matzah on Pesach fulfills his Mitzvah of Matzah.

A BIT MORE
1. Since one is obligated to hear the Shofar only after daybreak, the entire Teki'ah must be blown and heard after daybreak. 2. However, he fulfills the Mitzvah, b'Di'eved, if he uses the Shofar of a Korban Olah. He does not fulfill the Mitzvah at all if he uses the Shofar of a Shelamim. 3. He retracted his ruling due to the principle that "Mitzvos Lav Leihanos Nitnu" -- "Mitzvos are not given in order to gain pleasure" (and, therefore, one is not considered to be using the consecrated horn from Hekdesh for personal benefit). 4. However, he fulfills the Mitzvah, b'Di'eved, if he uses a Shofar of idolatry. He does not fulfill the Mitzvah at all if he uses the Shofar of an Ir ha'Nidachas. Since everything from an Ir ha'Nidachas must be destroyed, it is considered as though the Shofar is lacking the proper length of a Shofar (since it is considered already burned). 5. This is even if he does not intend to fulfill the Mitzvah.
