SUMMARY
If a husband annulled the Nezirus of his wife, if she had already separated her Korbanos from the animals of her husband, the animals are returned to his flock. If she separated the Korbanos from her own animals the Chatas is put to death and the Olah and Shelamim are brought on the Mizbe'ach. The Shelamim is eaten for only one day and no bread is brought. (1) If she separated Ma'os Stumim for her Korbanos before the annulment of her Nezirus the money is used for Olos Nedavah. (2) If she separated Ma'os Mefurashim, the money separated for the Chatas is thrown into the Dead Sea, and the money separated for the Shelamim and Olah is used to buy a Shelamim and Olah. (3) Rebbi Yehudah holds that a husband is obligated to bring the Korbanos Chovah of his wife. (4) Everything a woman is Koneh belongs to her husband If a wife is given a gift on condition that her husband has no rights to it, the gift belongs to the wife. A father may make his son into a Nazir but the mother may not. The son or the relatives may protest when the father makes the son into a Nazir. (5) If a Nazir separates money for his Korbanos he may not benefit from them, but if he does benefit he does not bring a Korban Me'ilah. (6) If a Nazir separates Ma'os Stumim for his Nezirus and he dies the money is used for Olos Nedavah. If he separated Ma'os Mefurashim the money for the Chatas is thrown into the dead sea and the money for the Olah and Shelamim is used to buy an Olah and Shelamim. If the Shelamim of a Nazir is slaughtered she'Lo Lishmah the Korban is Kosher but the Nazir is not Yotzei. (7)
A BIT MORE
1. Although a regular Shelamim is eaten for two days the Shelamim of a Nazir is eaten for only one day. Although bread is brought with the Shelamim of a Nazir no bread is brought with this Shelamim since she is no longer a Nezirah. 2. Ma'os Stumim means that she did not specify which money is used for which Korban. 3. Ma'os Mefurashim means that he specified which money is going for which Korban. 4. Even if the wife is poor the husband brings a Korban of a rich person because it his obligation to bring the Korban and he is rich. 5. If they protest the son is not a Nazir and if he separated Ma'os Stumim for his Korbanos it is used for Olos Nedavah. If he separated Ma'os Mefurashim the money for the Chatas is thrown into the dead sea and the money for the Olah and Shelamim is used to buy an Olah and Shelamim. 6. He does not bring a Korban Me'ilah because it is possible that he will use all of the money only for his Shelamim and no Korban Me'ilah is brought for benefiting from a Shelamim. 7. It may be eaten for only one day but it does not require bread or the Zero'a.

BRIEF INSIGHT
OLAH OF A NAZIR If a husband annulled the Nezirus of his wife, if she had separated Ma'os Mefurashim for her Korbanos the money separated for the Shelamim is used to buy a Shelamim and it may be eaten for only one day and no bread is brought with it. Tosfos says that the Isur of the Zero'a applies even though it is not being brought for her Nezirus. However the Rambam says that the Isur of the Zero'a does not apply. The Netziv explains the Rambam that since the Isur of the Zero'a does not apply to any other Korban other than the Shelamim of a Nazir it does not apply to this Shelamim. However the Din that it may be eaten for only one day applies to many Korbanos therefore it will apply to this Shelamim as well even though a regular Shelamim may be eaten for two days.
QUICK HALACHAH
THE SHELAMIM OF A NAZIR If the Shelamim of a Nazir is slaughtered she'Lo Lishmah it is Kosher but the Nazir is not Yotzei. It may be eaten for one day and it does not require bread, Matanos or the Zero'a. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 8:12) That which the Rambam says that the Shelamim does not require Matanos is hard to understand because if the Rambam is referring to the Chazeh and Shok [which is given to the Kohanim from every Shelamim] certainly this Shelamim also requires that the Chazeh and Shok shall be given to the Kohanim.
