A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Eliezer: If it became Tamei through an Av ha'Tum'ah, it is burned outside the Beis ha'Mikdash. If it became Tamei through a Rishon l'Tum'ah, it is burned inside the Beis ha'Mikdash. Rebbi Akiva: Wherever it becomes Tamei is where it is burned. 2. The limbs of both Korbanos were first put on the ramp and only later put on the Mizbe'ach itself. While the limbs of both were put on the lower half of the ramp, the limbs of one was put on the eastern side of the ramp and the limbs of the other one on the western side. (There is a dispute among the commentaries regarding which Korban's limbs were placed on the eastern side, and which Korban's limbs were placed on the western side.) 3. The laws of Shekalim and Bikurim apply only when there is a Beis ha'Mikdash, as opposed to the laws of Ma'aser for produce and animals, and the laws of Bechor, which apply even when there is no Beis ha'Mikdash. 4. The Tana Kama says that his statement is binding, while Rebbi Shimon says that his statement is meaningless. 5. This order is followed in order to let everyone know that this day has been proclaimed to be Rosh Chodesh.
