SUMMARY
1. If a Kohen performs the Avodah without one of the Bigdei Kehunah, the Avodah is Pasul. 2. If a Kohen performs the Avodah after he drinks wine, or without first washing his hands and feet from the Kiyor, the Avodah is Pasul. 3. One is forbidden to issue a Halachic ruling after drinking wine. 4. If a Kohen performs the Avodah without one of the Bigdei Kehunah, the Avodah is Pasul even if it is not an Avodah which would affect the Kaparah achieved by the Korban. 5. If a Kohen Gadol performs the Avodah with the garments of a Kohen Hedyot, or a Kohen Hedyot with the garments of the Kohen Gadol, the Avodah is Pasul. 6. According to Shmuel, if the Bigdei Kehunah are too long or worn out, they are valid. If they are dirty or torn, they are Pasul. 7. If the Bigdei Kehunah are too short, they are Pasul. If they are too short only because they were pulled up with a belt, they are valid according to Shmuel. Rav disagrees. 8. If the Kohen wears two of the same Beged, or if he has a bandage on his skin under the Bigdei Kehunah, the Avodah is Pasul. 9. A garment with only three corners is exempt from Tzitzis. There is a disagreement about whether a garment with five corners is Chayav Tzitzis. 10. A garment worn only at night is exempt from Tzitzis. A garment worn by a blind person is Chayav Tzitzis. 11. The garments of a Kohen Hedyot are made only from linen. 12. An uncircumcised Kohen and a Kohen who is a heretic may not perform the Avodah. 13. The Avnet of the Kohen must be worn opposite the elbow.

A BIT MORE
1. A Kohen who is missing one of the Bigdei Kehunah has the same status as a non-Kohen. The Avodah which he performs is Pasul even if the Avodah is one which is not Pasul when performed by a non-Kohen, such as receiving the blood or bringing the blood to the Mizbe'ach. 2. A Kohen who performs the Avodah after he drinks wine, or without washing his hands and feet, is Chayav Misah b'Yedei Shamayim. 3. Rav did not rule on Halachic matters after the Yom Tov meal (at which he consumed wine), until the next day. 4. For example, if the Kohen places the fire on the Mizbe'ach, that Avodah is Pasul even though it is not an essential Avodah, since a fire came down from heaven onto the Mizbe'ach. 5. A Kohen Hedyot who wears the eight Begadim of a Kohen Gadol is the same as a Kohen who is missing one of the Bigdei Kehunah. 6. According to Rav, if the Begadim are too long, they are valid only if they are pulled up with a belt. According to Shmuel, they are valid even if they are not pulled up. 7. According to Rav, if the Beged is too short as a result of being pulled up with a belt, it is Pasul. 8. The Bigdei Kehunah must be placed directly on the skin with nothing between the skin and the Beged. 9. According to one opinion, a garment with five corners is considered a four-cornered garment and is Chayav Tzitzis, because four is included in five. 10. A garment cannot be seen at all at night. The garment of a blind person can be seen by others. Therefore, it is Chayav Tzitzis. 11. Six strands of linen are twisted together to make the threads that are used for the Bigdei Kehunah. 12. This law is a Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai, and it was also subsequently taught in Sefer Yechezkel. 13. It may not be worn in a place which is sweaty, such as opposite the underarms or below the hip.
