SUMMARY
Rebbi Meir holds that the Kohen does not include in the Megilas Sotah the Tzava'os and the Kabalas Amen. Rebbi Yosi holds that the entire Parshah of the Sotah is included. (1) Rebbi Yehudah holds that only the Alah itself is included. Rebbi Meir holds that a negative may not be inferred from a positive. (2) If a couple merits the Shechinah will reside with them, but if they do not merit they will be consumed by fire. (3) The fire of the woman is more all consuming than that of the man. Dirt is placed in the Mei Sotah to symbolize that if she merits she will bear a child like Avraham Avinu who said Anochi Afar va'Eifer. If the Sotah does not merit she will turn back into dirt. Avraham Avinu was rewarded for saying Anochi Afar va'Eifer with the Mitzvos of ashes of the Parah Adumah and the dirt of the Sotah. Avraham Avinu was rewarded for saying Im mi'Chut v'Ad Seroch Na'al with the Mitzvos of Tzitzis and Tefilin. The Pasuk that says 'All of the people of the land will see that the name of Hashem is called on you and they will fear you' is referring to the Tefilin Shel Rosh. Techeles is the color of the sea which is the color is the sky which is the color of the Kisei ha'Kavod. The Megilas Sotah must be written on a Megilah with Dyo (black ink). The Megilas Sotah may not be written at night. Monetary disputes may only be judged during the day. If the Megilas Sotah is written out of order or if it is written prior to the Kabalas Shevu'ah it is Pasul. If the Megilas Sotah is written like an Igeres (unlined) it is Pasul.
A BIT MORE
1. However the Alos of Mishneh Torah are not included. 2. Rebbi Meir requires that both sides of a condition be spoken out. 3. When Hashem Yisbarach removes his presence it is as if the Yud and the Kay is removed from Ish and Ishah and they are left with Esh (fire).

BRIEF INSIGHT
MITZVAH OF TZITZIS Avraham Avinu was given the Mitzvah of Tzitzis as a reward for saying 'If from a thread until shoelaces'. That seems to contradict the Midrash that says that Tzitzis was a reward for the Mitzvah that Shem did to cover his father. The Gur Aryeh answers that it was both the Mitzvah of Shem and the good deed of Avraham Avinu together that was rewarded with the Mitzvah of Tzitzis. The Mitzvah of Shem to cover his father was rewarded with a Talis of Mitzvah. However the Mitzvah of the Talis would not have necessarily included the Mitzvah of Tzitzis because the Mitzvah of Tzitzis does not have any relevance to the Mitzvah that Shem did to cover his father. Only because of the good deed of Avraham Avinu, of refusing to take even a thread from Sodom, were their descendants rewarded with threads of Tzitzis. However, from the good deed of Avraham Avinu alone they would not have been rewarded with a Talis of Mitzvah since the Mitzvah of Avraham Avinu is relevant only to threads not to a Talis. Only together with the Mitzvah of Shem of covering up his father were they rewarded with both a Talis of Mitzvah and the Tzitzis.
QUICK HALACHAH
MEGILAS SOTAH A Megilas Sotah that is written at night or written out of order is Pasul. If it was written prior to the Kabalas Shevu'ah it is Pasul. If it was written as an Igeres it is Pasul. (Rambam Hilchos Sotah 4:7,8 )
