SUMMARY
1. The Gemara establishes that although Rebbi Meir says that one can transgress many sins by doing one action, he still maintains Ein Isur Chal Al Isur.

A BIT MORE
1. While he maintains Ein Isur Chal Al Isur in general, if the second prohibition now causes more people to be included in the prohibition (Isur Kolel), or the item becomes more forbidden (Isur Mosif), it joins with the other prohibition.
2. Even though Pigul is an invalid Korban and therefore should not be able to become Nosar, the exception to the rule is when the Pigul was placed on the altar and then fell off. Since it had been on the altar, it is no longer Pigul and therefore can become Nosar.
3. For example, the Gemara derives that a non-Kohen may be the one to take the Azazel on its final journey, when the person is Tamei, and on Shabbos.
4. A person (i.e. Achav) had relations with his mother and produced a daughter. This daughter married his half-brother from his father's side who then divorced her. She then married Achav's father's brother. If Achav then accidentally had relations with this daughter who happened to be a Nidah at the time, he is obligated to offer six Korbenos Chatas for having relations with the following forbidden women: daughter, sister, sister-in-law, uncle's wife, married woman, and Nidah.
5. Tana Kama (Beraisa): He receives the more severe of the two death penalties. Rebbi Yosi: He receives the penalty for the prohibition that came into effect first. For example, if he has relations with his mother-in-law who was married before he married his wife and who is still married, he receives the penalty for relations with a married woman. If she was not married at the time he married his wife (her daughter), and then she remarried after he married his wife, he is punished for having relations with his mother-in-law.
