SUMMARY
1. If a Kohen Gadol or a Nasi sinned, the Kohen Gadol brings a Par and the Nasi brings a Sa'ir, even if they step down from their positions. 2. A Nasi brings a Chatas for a Shogeg even if it was not predicated on an erroneous ruling. 3. If a Kohen Gadol or a Nasi sins prior to his appointment, he brings a Kisbah or Se'irah like a commoner, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Shimon disagrees. 4. Rebbi Shimon says that a Nega that appeared by way of an Ones is not Metamei. 5. If a person emitted a flow of Zivah or was afflicted with a Nega prior to Matan Torah, it is not Metamei. 6. If a Nasi becomes a Metzora, he brings a Kisbah or a Se'irah for a Korban Chatas, not a Sa'ir, like a commoner. 7. If a person does not eat the Korban Pesach for the sake of the Mitzvah, but rather he eats it in order to fill himself up, he fulfills the Mitzvah b'Di'eved. 8. The two daughters of Lot were Mezanah with Lot for the sake of a Mitzvah. Lot's intent was for an Aveirah. 9. An Aveirah that is committed for the sake of a Mitzvah is as great as a Mitzvah which was not done for the sake of a Mitzvah. 10. A person should always occupy himself with Torah and Mitzvos even if he does not do it for the sake of the Mitzvah. Eventually, he will do it for the sake of the Mitzvah.

A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Shimon maintains that if the Kohen Gadol or the Nasi does not become aware of his sin until after he steps down, he brings a Kisbah or Se'irah like a commoner. 2. A Kohen Gadol does not bring a Chatas unless his transgression was a result of his erroneous ruling. 3. Rebbi Shimon says that if the Kohen Gadol or Nasi does not become aware of his sin until after he steps down, he brings a Kisbah or Se'irah like a commoner. 4. Rava explains that if it appeared by way of a Shed (demon), it is not Metamei according to Rebbi Shimon. If it appeared as a result of an injury, it is Metamei. Rav Papa says that the Nega is Metamei unless it appeared as a result of sorcery. 5. Even after Matan Torah, the person's Tahor status remains unchanged. 6. A Nasi who is afflicted with a Nega is no longer fit to be a Nasi. 7. However, if he is so full at the time that he eats it that he cannot even taste it, he does not fulfill the Mitzvah. 8. The first night, Lot was an Ones since he was drunk and was unaware. However, when she got up he became aware of what occurred, and even so he allowed himself to get drunk the second night. 9. Yael did an Aveirah for the sake of a Mitzvah and she was blessed like Sarah, Rivkah, Leah, and Rachel. 10. As a reward for the 42 Korbanos which Balak brought, he merited that Ruth descend from him.
