SUMMARY
1. One does not need to be concerned that an animal might have dragged Chametz to a place that was already checked for Chametz.
2. The Gemara discusses whether seeing an animal carrying Chametz into a place that was already checked is reason to check again.
3. The Gemara states that a doubt does not remove a certainty, and therefore one must check again (#2).
4. One must ensure that the Chametz he has collected from Bedikas Chametz does not get lost.
5. The Gemara discusses the case of the "nine stores."

A BIT MORE
1. Otherwise, it would never be possible to determine for more than a moment that any place is Chametz-free.
2. On one hand, a person sees clearly that there is now Chametz in the previously Chametz-free area. On the other hand, it is normal for animals to eat their Chametz, and it is likely that the animal took it there and ate it.
3. This is a general law. In our case, the doubt that the animal might have eaten the Chametz does not remove the certainty that there was Chametz again in an area that was previously Chametz-free.
4. Otherwise, he might have to check his house again if he sees an animal run through his house with Chametz. The same applies to being sure that the ten pieces of bread one puts down for Bedikas Chametz are all found, since otherwise it is clear that there is still Chametz somewhere in the house which he must find.
5. If a person is unsure if he bought his meat from one of the nine Kosher butcher shops or from the one non-Kosher shop in his area, he may not eat the meat. This is because whenever a doubt is established in a permanent situation (i.e. a store), it is forbidden because of the rule, "Kol Kavu'a k'Mechtzah Al Mechtzah Dami," even though the chances are favorable that the meat is Kosher.
