SUMMARY
1. Less than three Log of drawn water fall into a Mikvah, and a bit of milk brings them to a full three Log. There is a disagreement between the Tana Kama and Rebbi Yochanan Ben Nuri as to whether the Mikvah is useable.
2. A barrel of drawn water falls into the sea. If someone who is Tamei immerses himself in the place where the water fell, he does not become Tahor.
3. A barrel of wine falls into the sea. If someone who is Tamei immerses himself in the place where it fell, he does not become Tahor. If a loaf of Terumah subsequently falls in the same place, it becomes Tamei.
4. Witnesses testify that a person owes money, or that he deserves Malkus, and later they are found to be Zomemim. There is a disagreement between Rebbi Meir and the Rabanan whether the witnesses are punished with one punishment or two.
5. There is a disagreement among the Tana'im whether the money paid by Edim Zomemim is considered a Kenas.
6. If someone leaves over Kodshim past the allotted time (Nosar), he is exempt from Malkus. There is a disagreement among the Tana'im whether he is exempt because it is a Lav she'Nitak l'Aseh, or because the transgression of the Lav does not entail any act.

A BIT MORE
1. The Tana Kama maintains that when the drawn water that fell into the Mikvah is less than three Log, even if wine or milk that is mixed in completes the Shi'ur of three Log, the three Log do not invalidate the Mikvah. Rebbi Yochanan ben Nuri says that if milk completes the Shi'ur of three Log, then the three Log do invalidate the Mikvah, since they have the appearance of water. However, if wine is mixed in with drawn water, as long as it has the appearance of water it does not invalidate the Mikvah, even when there are three Log of water without the wine.
2. There is a concern that the drawn water stayed in one place and the person immersed his head and most of his body in the drawn water. The Chachamim decreed that one who immerses his head and most of his body in drawn water is Tamei for Terumah.
3. There is a concern that the wine is in one place and that it became Tamei when the person immersed himself in it, and consequently it will convey Tum'ah to the Terumah.
4. The Rabanan maintain that the witnesses are liable only for the punishment that they attempted to inflict on others, but they are not Chayav Malkus. Rebbi Meir says that they are also Chayav Malkus, besides the punishment of Ka'asher Zamam.
5. Rebbi Akiva and Rebbi Meir learn that the payment of Edim Zomemim is a Kenas since they are obligated to pay despite the fact they did not cause any loss. Rebbi Yehudah disagrees.
6. Rebbi Yehudah says that the Mitzvas Aseh is a reparation and atonement for the Lav, and therefore there is no Chiyuv Malkus for the Lav. Rebbi Akiva maintains that since the transgression of the Lav entails no act, there is no Chiyuv Malkus.
