SUMMARY
If someone makes a Shevu'ah to drink wine and he subsequently becomes a Nazir it is forbidden for him to drink wine. (1) Rebbi Shimon holds that a Kohen who enters the Beis ha'Mikdash after drinking wine is Chayav Misah but not if he drank other alcoholic drinks. Rebbi Yehudah holds that a Kohen is Chayav for entering the Beis ha'Mikdash even after drinking alcoholic drinks other than wine. (2) Rebbi Shimon says that a person who eats a Neveilah on Yom Kippur is Patur from the Isur of eating on Yom Kippur. (3) The Rabanan hold that a Nazir who eats a k'Zayis of a combination of the seeds and peels of grapes is Chayav Malkus. Rebbi Shimon holds that a person who eats even a tiny amount of an Isur is Chayav Malkus, but he is only Chayav a Korban if he eats a k'Zayis. If someone says that he will be like Shimshon, like Ben Mano'ach, and like Ba'al Delilah, he is a Nazir Shimshon. (4) If someone says that he will be a Nazir Olam he is a Nazir forever. When the hair of a Nazir Olam gets very long he may trim it and he must bring the three Korbanos of a Nazir. (5) If a Nazir Olam becomes Tamei he must bring the Korbanos Tum'ah of a Nazir. A Nazir Shimshon may never trim his hair. Rebbi Yehudah says that a Nazir Shimshon may become Tamei to Mesim. Rebbi Shimon says that there is no such thing as a Nazir Shimshon. If someone says that an object should be Asur like a Bechor according to Rebbi Yakov it is a valid Neder. It is a Mitzvah to be Makdish a Bechor, but if one fails to do so the Bechor is Kadosh anyway. Rebbi says that Avshalom the son of David was a Nazir Olam and he cut his hair once every 12 months.
A BIT MORE
1. The prohibition of the Nezirus supersedes the prohibition of the Shevu'ah. 2. Even if he ate an alcoholic date (Deveilah k'Ilit) he is Chayav. 3. The only Chiyuv is for the Isur of Neveilah because Rebbi Shimon holds that the prohibition of Yom Kippur does not take effect on top of the prohibition of Neveilah. 4. Or if he says that he will be like the one who had his eyes punctured by the Pelishtim, or like the one who uprooted the doors of Azah he is a Nazir Shimshon. 5. A Chatas, Olah and Shelamim. 6. An Asham and two birds, one for an Olah and one for a Chatas.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A DAVAR HA'NADUR The Gemara concludes that everyone agrees that a Neder must be made with a Davar ha'Nadur. The Rosh explains that even though Rebbi Yehudah agrees that a Neder must be with a Davar ha'Nadur, however a Neder of Nazir Shimshon is valid because after Shimshon grew up he took the Nezirus upon himself. Alternatively after the Mal'ach appeared his father Mano'ach made a Neder that Shimshon shall be a Nazir therefore a Nazir Shimshon is a Davar ha'Nadur.
QUICK HALACHAH
NAZIR OLAM If someone says that he will be a Nazir Olam or that he will be a Nazir for his entire life he is a Nazir forever. If he says that he will be a Nazir for a thousand years he is a regular Nazir, not a Nazir Olam, even though a person cannot live that long. What is the difference between a regular Nazir and a Nazir Olam? A regular Nazir may not cut his hair until the end of his Nezirus while a Nazir Olam may cut his hair once every 12 months and he must bring three Korbanos when he trims is hair. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 3:11,12)
