SUMMARY
Mar bar Rebbi Ashi says that if someone vows to be a Nazir while he is in a cemetery he becomes a Nazir immediately. (1) A person who vows to be a Nazir while he is in a cemetery and he delays 3 Regalim from becoming Tahor he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher for delaying Nezirus d'Taharah. A Nazir that becomes Tamei on purpose transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher. (2) It is a Machlokes whether a Nazir may drink wine and become Tamei to Mesim if he has not yet shaved his hair. (3) If a Nazir delays shaving his hair after the completion of his Nezirus he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher. (4) If a Nazir delays 3 Regalim before bringing his Korbanos he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher. If a person is obligated to bring a Chatas or Asham and he delays bringing it for 3 Regalim he transgresses the prohibition of Bal Te'acher. A person may not bring a Korban Chatas as a donation. If someone says, "I am a Nazir from the peels of the grape" he becomes a complete Nazir. (5) If a Nazir shaves his hair after bringing only one of his three Korbanos he may drink wine and become Tamei to Mesim. A woman who gave birth is permitted to eat Kodshim only after she brings her Chatas. A person who vows to be a Nazir without specifying an amount of time must be a Nazir for thirty days. If someone vows, "I am making a Neder from you" it is only a valid Neder if he also says, "I will not eat from you."
A BIT MORE
1. It is a Machlokes between Rebbi Yochanan whether he is punished with Malkus if he is warned that he must leave the cemetery and he fails to do so or if he is warned not to eat grapes or wine and he does so anyway. 2. Even if he became Tamei accidentally, if he deliberately remained Tamei for three Regalim he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher. 3. Even if he brought all of his Korbanos if he did not yet shave he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher according to one opinion. 4. Even the opinion who holds that a Nazir may drink wine and become Tamei to Mesim even if he has not yet shaved his hair, however since it is a Mitzvah to shave his hair, he transgresses the Isur of Bal Te'acher if he delays shaving his hair. 5. All of the Dinim of Nezirus apply to him. Rebbi Shimon says that a person only becomes a Nazir if he takes upon himself all of the Dinim of Nezirus.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A CHATAS FOR A KAPARAH The Gemara says that even though a Chatas Yoledes is not brought for the purpose of a Kaparah, the Isur of Bal Te'acher applies to it. Rebbi Akiva Eiger asks in the Gilyon ha'Shas why is the Gemara more certain that the Isur of Bal Te'acher applies to a Chatas Yoledes than it does to a Chatas of a Nazir? A Chatas Yoledes should also not be included in the Isur of Bal Te'acher since it is not brought for a Kaparah! The Porat Yosef answers that the reason given why a Chatas Nazir is not included in the Isur of Bal Te'acher is because it is a Chidush since it is not brought for a Kaparah. Now that we find that a Chatas Yoledes is also not brought for a Kaparah it is no longer regarded as a Chidush and the Isur of Bal Te'acher should apply to both of them.
QUICK HALACHAH
THE MITZVAH OF SHAVING If a Nazir brings his Korbanos without shaving his head, it does not hold him back and he can drink [wine] and become Tamei [to Mesim] that evening. Once the blood of the Korbanos is sprinkled he is released from his Nezirus even if the [Zero'a] was not placed in his hands, or he did not do Tenufah, because although these things are a Mitzvah they do not hold him back. Even though the shaving does not hold him back it is a Mitzvah to shave even if it is a long time after the completion of the Nezirus. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 8:5, 6)
