(1) Rebbi Shimon's source for this is the phrase, "v'Chichesh" (Vayikra 5:21). Even if, after Ha'amadah b'Din, the girl became a Bogeres and then died and her father inherited the Kenas from her, there is still no Chiyuv for him to bring a Korban Shevu'ah on that Kenas.
(2) Rebbi Shimon's source for this is the phrase, "v'Nasan" (Devarim 22:29), which teaches that the Kenas is not considered to be in the ownership of the father until it is actually handed over to him.
(3) Rebbi Shimon's source for this is the phrase, "v'Chichesh" (Vayikra 5:21). (Although the Gemara does not say so specifically, the Halachah described in footnote #1 presumably applies to other Kenasos besides the Kenas of Ones as well, according to Rebbi Shimon.)
(4) The Rabanan learn this from the phrase, "u'Ma'alah Ma'al" (Vayikra 5:21). According to the Rabanan, there is no difference between the Kenas of Ones and other forms of Kenas.
