if beit shamai doesn't let a person bring an olot ra'ayah then what do they do with the whole mitzvah of bringing an olat raayah on the chagim which everyone agrees you have to bring (begining of maasechet chagiga)?

the question is especially on shavuot that there is no other time to bring it!

The Kollel replies:

Shalom and thanks for your question. The Olas Re'iyah of Pesach and Sukos is brought on Chol ha'Mo'ed according to Beis Shamai. Regarding Shavu'os, the Korbanos can be brought for six days after Yom Tov. See the Mishnah in Chagigah 17a.
