The opinion Lulav Shiv'ah means ...
a) One Berachah one time per day. OR
b) A new Berachah is said whenever a person puts down and re-takes the Lula.
The opinion Sukah Shiv'ah means ...
a) One Berachah one time per day.
b) A new Berachah is said whenever a person re-enters the Sukah) and uses it in a way that requires
a Berachah (after leaving (a Yetziah Gemurah).
Both the Mitzva of Lulav and Suka exist for 7 days.
Lulav Shiv'ah means that all 7 days there is a Mitzva of Lulav. After taking it once a day the obligation is finished, so only once a day a Bracha is made.
Similarly Suka Shiv'ah means that all 7 days there is the Mitzva of Suka. But here that means that actions that require Suka must be done in the Suka all day, so every time the Suka is used a Bracha is made if there is a Hefsek
All the best,
