Why in Seder Kodshim do Masechet Kinim, Tamid And Midot continue as if part of Masechet Meilah in the paging in shas as opposed to each one starting it's own masechtah with daf "B"
The Kollel replies:
We do not know. It seems that this was the most convenient way for the printers of the Vilna Shas to print these short Masechtos.
