Regarding the Challas Arnuna-
I was wondering if one would make a brocho when removing such Challah.
Being that from the gemara it seems that technically there is no Chiyuv to take Challah. Would the Rabanan institute a Brocho because of Maaris Iyin.

Shalom u'vracha, and thanks for raising this interesting point. The Darkei Moshe (YD 330:a) quotes the opinion of the Rashba, who maintains that a Berachah is necessary in any case where Rabbonon required separating Challah (regardless of the reason).
The Orchos Chayim (Siman 651) points out that the Ran does not require a Berachah in a case of Mar'is Ayin.
