Which is halachah today? Sheratzim in attached fruit are permitted until they move, or they are forbidden?

This is discussed at length in an Insight on Daf 67. In a nutshell (no pun intended), there is an argument among the Rishonim whether we rule like Shmuel who forbids bugs which were part of attached fruit, or the Beraisa which indicates they are permitted. The Poskim rule like Shmuel, but argue whether or not Shmuel agrees that if the bug was unable to move around in the fruit, that the bug is permitted. The Shulchan Aruch permits such a bug, while the Remah is stringent (see Shulchan Aruch Y.D. 84:6 and Darkei Moshe ibid.).
