We will be holding a siyum on eruvin and i need a derush for the end of the masechta. Do you know of any seforim (apart from the regular al hashass seforim) that have a hadran or siyum on every masechta? The only one I have is Yogel Yaakov (by the Kaf Hachaim).

Reb YCD, the Otzar ha'Chochmah lists some 50 Sifrei Hadranim. Of course, most of them don't have one for every Masechta. Here are a few that should have one for you: Laflagos Reuven, by Hagaon Rav Zelig Reuven Benges; Even Yisrael, by Hagaon Rav Yisrael Yakov Fisher, Beis Mordechai, by Hagaon Rav Mordechai Savitzky (all recent Chiburim).
