The Kollel replies:
A Treifah is considered to be more dead than the individuals that you mentioned. The Gemara in Sanhedrin 78 says that one who kills a Treifah is Patur, while one who kills any of the types of individuals who are considered like dead, such as a poor person, is definitely Chayav for Retzichah.
