The Kollel replies:
'Matzilin Osan b'Nafshan' means that we save a person from sinning by taking his soul (if need be). For example - If Reuven is chasing Shimon to kill him, then in order to save him from sinning, anyone is allowed to stop him using any means at his disposal. If the only way of stopping him is by killing him, then that is what he must do.
This is a Mishnah later (73a), and it seems to me that you inverted the digits (37 instead of 73).
