If you mean by Golem a man-made "living" creature, the Gemara in Sanhedrin talks about Amora'im who created a man in Sanhedrin 65b. Rashi says this was accomplished through Sefer Yetzirah. The Gemara there and 67b discusses Amora'im who created calves using the Sefer Yetzirah.
