On the 3rd of the wide lines it wants to bring a proof from 'gezel' but along with that it also quotes a case of 'p'kodon'. Why bring in 'p'kodon' to a contradiction between 'gezel' and 'gezel'

The quote is from the Mishnah, and the Halachah of "Nosen la'Zeh Manah ul'Zeh Manah" is written only after both cases.
