Rashi on Amud Beit says he heard a peshat from Oker Harim,uprouter of mountains. Who is he referring to?

The Kollel replies:

I have no idea; according to the database we use, no other mention of an "Oker Harim" is to be found in Rashi.

The Sefer Shinuyei Nuscha'os (Shabsi Frankel Institute) cites a number of manuscripts that omit that section of Rashi, and one that quotes it but substitutes for the words "Oker Harim" the word, "v'Ikar" (an expression Rashi commonly uses after a Lishna Acharina).

Thank you, Carl. Yes, according to our texts that must be Rashi's intention. And it would have to be someone who is so obviously identified by that nickname that it would not be necessary for Rashi to mention his name.

I suspect that Rashi said this in the name of a contemporary who wished to remain anonymous, whom Rashi referred to as an "Oker Harim" to compliment the contemporary's expertise in svara.
