Sholom Rav,
I assume that you mean to ask about a Kohen Eved Ivri who is given a Shifchah Cana'anis (not a Shifchah Charufah) to live with. A Kohen is not permitted to marry a Shifchah Cana'anis or a Shifchah Charufah. She is not considered Kinyan Kaspo, since he does not acquire her. Living with her is a concession, but she is not his wife, and therefore he cannot feed her Terumah.
In fact, she is the Kinyan Kaspo of her master, who can feed her Terumah if he is a Kohen.
