DAF DISCUSSIONS - SHABBOS 3

Gary Barron asked:

Your summary of the 3 basic opinions as to how the cases in the Mishna are counted, provided a good tool for reviewing the sugya. My chavrusa and I have gone over Rashi, Tosafos, Baal Hamoer, Ramban, Ran and Rashba as to what action will lead to a d'Oraisa transgression - a Chiyuv Chatas.(i.e. the Akira, Hanocha or the transferring of the object over the threshold between rashus hayachid and rashus harabim). We were wondering whether this machlokis reshonim has any other ramifications on the issur of hotzah. Or, is this simply a machlokis as to pshaht in the Mishna. We've looked at a number of achronim and haven't found anything.

The Kollel replies:

I've also checked some Acharonim, and agree that it seems to be merely an argument in the explanation of the Mishnah without much Halachic ramification.
