Hi. On Daf 2a, it says that [after proper kinui and stira] one aid is believed to say he saw tumah take place and the wife doesnt get to drink and goes out without her kesuba. being that kesuba is mamonis why would one aid be believed? on the sotah side I understand, but why on the money side (kesubah)?
Thank you!

The Gemara below (3a) cites Tana d'Vei Rebbi Yishmael that the Torah believed one Ed for Sotah because there was Kinuy and Stirah beforehand, so one witness who saw the Tum'ah is sufficient to make "Raglayim l'Davar," a strong reason to believe, that she committed the offense. The combination of the fact that she was warned in advance, and then was secluded with the suspect, is enough to enable the Torah to rely on one witness to be sure that it happened, and therefore she loses money as well.
