The Kollel replies:
The Rambam Tum'as Mes 11:2 writes that one who is Tamei because of being in Chutz la'Aretz needs Haza'ah Shelishi and Shevi'i and Tevilah on the 7th day. The Rambam adds in Hilchos Nazir 7:6,7 that days with Tum'ah caused by Eretz ha'Amim are not counted for his Nezirus. Obviously until she becomes Tahor it doesn't start.
