In Moed Katan (3A) it says on the third line "Michdei, Zemira BiChlal Zeriyah". This seems difficult to me because we are attempting to give pshat in the mishnah that sowing is allowed on Sheviis. So isn't this answer just making things worse. This answer basically says Mefurash that sowing is Asur on Sheviis!

First of all, the Gemara is discussing the first line in the Mishnah, that one is permitted to water the field. This is not stated in the Torah as a prohibited action, and therefore is permitted. When the Gemara says, "Michdi etc.," it is merely providing the source for the previous statement that Toldos are not included. It is not referring to our Mishnah.
