Have a look at Einei Shmuel here, and the KLI YAKAR (Bereishis 47:29). (I also saw such an approach by Rav Yitzchak Isaac Chaver, in Hashmatos printed in one of the volumes of the Vilna Shas, but I couldn't find it now.)
