Now at the start of beyn hazemanim i am just doing chazoroh of BEROCHOS and am holding by Daf nun gimmel omud aleph and about 15 lines down a bit of Hotzaas Shabbos comes in the sugya and Rashi in D.H. MAH SHEOKAR says a basic halochoh of hoytzoah and i just cannot find exactly the mekor for this .i am sure it is either in the first perek of mas. shabbos or perek hazorek please could you help shkoyach again vekol tuv

The requirement of Akirah and Hanachah is discussed at length in Shabbos; see for example Shabbos 4a. On Daf 93a the Gemara cites a verse to show that if one person performs Akirah and another performs Hanachah, they are Patur.
