The Kollel replies:
The Mishnah writes "Ad ha'Erev." What Erev is a Machlokes between Rebbi Yehudah and the Chachamim. Exactly when night is according to the Chachamim is a well known Machlokes Rishonim, well documented in Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chayim 233.
