The text in 91b indicates that the B'nai Elokim sang shiras to Hash-m. This is an interesting choice of words because traditionally we understand the B'nai Elokim as those angels, such as the Satan, who represent G-d's attribute of Justice, as opposed to the M'lachim Hash-m who represent his attribute of Mercy. Am I reading this correctly that only the angels of Justice sing for Hash-m, and not the other angels? What do the commentators say about this, if anything?

The Gemara is clearly speaking about the Mal'achei ha'Shares, and not about the Mal'achim that are Mekatregim. As for the term "Benei Elokim," the Targum on this verse translates "Kol Mal'achei Elokim" as "all the groups of angels." In Iyov, the Metzudah says that "Benai Elokim" are those angels which are Melamed Zechus.
