Mordechai asked:
Can I daven Maariv after midnight? And until when?
Mordechai, bklyn, NY
The Kollel replies:
You should not Daven after midnight. If however, you failed to do so, you can Daven until dawn break, and in case of emergency only (e.g. if you were drunk [a good Purim Torah, don't you think] or unwell) until sunrise, though you will then have to omit the B'rachah of 'Hashkiveinu'.
