English Translation: It is apparent from Rashi that sirens exist. The Torah says the exact quantity of fish. Are the sirens included?

I am not aware that the Torah lists the names or quantities of fish anywhere. The Gemara (Chulin 63b) tells us there are 700 types of fish; Rashi there and Tosfos 66b say it refers to the non-Kosher fish (see Bach). Tosfos questions how we know the number of fish. He concludes that either Adam gave names to the fish and knew their numbers, or they were never presented to him for that purpose (since by nature these are "hidden from human eyes" - see Berachos end of 20a), and we have a Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai about their numbers.
In either case, sirens were presumably included in the count of non-Kosher fish. The Gemara says that sea creatures include species similar to every land species except for the weasel (or mole). Sirens are, presumably, the "people" species of the sea.
