In EY, they translated the passuk of "nun" in a positive way. Why then is it left out of Ashrei?

The Maharsha explains that since Nun primarily alludes to the Pasuk regarding the falling of Bnei Yisrael quoted by our Gemara even according to the people of Eretz Yisrael, leaving it out shows that the fall will not be a complete fall and they will get up.
