Why doesnt the gemorah prove rov from thw fact that you are allowed to drink milk. Maybe the cow is a treifa and thus making the milk assur, but because of rov ie rov behaimas are not treifa it is mutter?

Your question got us thinking. The Kollel came to the following conclusion:
The Gemara in B'choros 6b proves that we may indeed drink milk from various Psukim. However, this may not be used as a proof that we can rely on Rov. Perhaps the Torah is only allowing us to drink milk from animals who have been Shechted and checked for Treifos! Once we know that we rely on Rov, it is true that we can drink all milk, without checking the animal for Treifos.
