What would be the issur if a Kohen eats kodshim before zerika on an animal that had proper schita?
Moshe Kaplan
Sholom Rav,
The Gemara says that whoever eats a k'Zayis of Kodshim - even KOdshim Kalim, before the Zerikas Damim is subject to Malkos, as the Pasuk writes in Re'ei, 12:17 "Lo Suchal Le'echol bi'She'ardecha ... ".
Rambam Mamaseh ha'Korbanos 11:4.
