Thanks for your writings. Regarding your discussion of this in chullin 49, I am not sure i understand correctly the difference between glatt meat and glatt bet yosef meat.
If sirchos were successfully removed by miuch, then the meat would just be called kosher and not glatt Is that correct?
If the sirchos were successfully removed by kiluf(as described by the beis dovid) then the meat would be called glatt but not glatt beis yosef? so the only difference between beis yosef and regular glatt is that one does not accept kiluf and the other does? Or are there other differences?

You are correct in all of your assumptions above regarding large animals. Smaller animals (such as veal, lamb, and venison) are only glatt beis yosef, as everyone agrees that sirchos can only be taken away through kiluf etc. in large animals. (See Chulin Illustrated pg. 163 for a long explanation on the matter).
