It is here, in Maseches Avodah Zarah, chapter 2, Halacha 7 (page 21 of the standard editions, near the next Mishnah, Halacha 8).
(Often, the best way to find where the Yerushalmi is to look up the "Yefeh Einayim" at the back of the Bavli and he usually cites it.)
