I assume you're refering to 24a Hasam Al Yedai Tagrei Yisrael. The Gemara holds that the only problem of buying from a Nochri is the Pasuk, "Bnei Yisrael v'Yikchu," nothing to do with Rova v'Nirba. So if a Tagar Jew buys it from him and he gives it to Hekdesh there is no problem.
