Standard undergarments today are acceptable, because the manufacturers specifically engineer the garment to maximize ordinary comfort, which precludes undesirable friction. (In contrast, undergarments specfically designed as "intimate-wear" that are constructed to arouse the man's urges would apparently not be permitted.)
