When slaughtering Korbanos, the *wrong* intent can indeed invalidate the Korban, to a greater or lesser extent. However, if the Korban is slaughtered *without* any intent, the Korban is valid, since the Korban is "expected" to be brought Lishmah ("Setama Lishmah"), see Zevachim 2b.
