Eruch SohSoom is only a minimum 3 Shekolim. Why? With Kodshim we always say Kol HamakDish BeAyin YoFeh MakDish ?

Dear Mr. Apter
Thanks for your question. The truth is that this issue is very complex.
I would suggest as follows. In this case we apply the rule "Tofasta Merubeh Lo Tofasta". Rabbeinu Gershom explains that if once we take the minimum from him, has already fulfilled his obligation, thus we cannot force him to give more. In the discussion of Makdish b'Ayin Yafeh (Bava Basra 71), we know which field the person has donated and the issue that goes along with it. In such a case the ruling of Ayin Yofeh is applied.
I would also refer you the Sugya at the end of Menachos (109b). As I said, it is a very complex issue.
Kol tuv.
