The first Mishna in Menachot states that the Mincha is good to be brought on the Mizbeach but the owners have to bring another one due to the improper thoughts of the Kohen.Can the owner claim from the Kohen monetary compensation for the new Mincha? Please quote a source also.

Dear Yisrael,
Hello there and thanks for your interesting question. The answer can be found in the Mishnah Gitin 54b which states that Kohanim who intentionally made a Korban Pigul are liable to pay. Seemingly the same ruling should apply in the case of Shelo Lishmah (see Rashi Bava Kama 5a D"H "U'mfagail". and the Me'iri ibid.).
