What does this Pasuk add to the previous one?

Ramban: It is coming to add an Isur Hana'ah to all aspects of Avodah-Zarah - to the images themselves, whatever is used in their service, sacrifices that are offered up to them and their ornaments.

What are the implications of "Ki Cheirem hu", which literally means 'a Halachic ban' (See Targum Yonasan)?

Rashi (Vayikra 19:15): It is synonymous with "To'evah" (an abomination) and "Sheketz" (something disgusting). 1

Seforno: It is an expression of destruction - and it teaches us that, not only will it not bear any dividends; it will also bring ruin to one's assets! 3
