What are the connnotations of "Shefa Yamim" and who was blessed with it?

Rashi: It means 'the bounty of the seas' - with reference to the income that Zevulun will receive from their business trips overseas, thereby giving both Yisachar and Zevulun 1 time to study Torah.

Seforno: It refers to merchandise that comes from the sea.

3.

Targum Onkelos: It refers to the property that the tribes of Yisrael will 'consume' from the nations (overseas).

Targum Yonasan: With reference to the Geirim who come from overseas, 2 it means simply that Zevulun dwelt by the seashore - to welcome the visitors when they arrived.

Da'as Zekenim, Hadar Zekenim and Rosh: It is the commercial profits.

What are the "Sefunei Temunei Chol"?

Rashi: It refers to the Taris 1 (a species of fish), the Chilazon 2 (used to make the Techeles dye for Tzitzis) and white glass, which were found 3 in the land of both Yisachar and Zevulun. 4

Seforno: They are the blood of the Chilazon (used to make the Techeles dye for Tzitzis) and white glass.

Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: It refers to treasures hidden in the sand. 5

Da'as Zekenim, Hadar Zekenim and Rosh: It refers to boats that sank in the port which the sea casts on to the shore, 6 revealing their treasures -which the people find and which they bury in the sand..

Ibn Ezra: Zevulun will have so much wealth that they will bury it in the sand.

Rashi writes that the tribes of Yisrael will be called to the Mikdash to sacrifice on the Yamim-Tovim. How is this connected to Zevulun and Yisachar?

Gur Aryeh and Sifsei Chachamim (citing Rashi himself): Yisachar fix the calendar 1 (when to make a leap year), on which the Yamim Tovim depend. Zevulun enable them to engage in Torah [which includes fixing the calendar, which determines the days on which the people gather to the Beis-Hamikdsh.
