What is the difference between "Shachefes", "Kadachas", "Dalekes" and "Charchur"?

Rashi, Rashbam, Targum Onkelos (regarding the first three) and Targum Yonasan: "Shachefes," is a swelling of the flesh, "Kadachas" is fever, 1 "Dalekes", inflammation and "Charchur", an internal heating of the body (which produces heart-ache and) which leaves the person constantly thirsty.
