To which era is the Tochachah referring?

Ramban (in Pasuk 42): All the K'lalos until Pasuk 21 - "Ad Kaloso oscha me'al ha'Adamah ... ", refer exclusively to Eretz Yisrael [during Bayis Sheini] prior to the Galus. Once in Galus, Hashem does not curse them - only in forms them that they will worship there wood and stone - and all the ensuing K'lalos refer to when they were still in Eretz Yisrael. And Pasuk 36 refers to the Galus of Rome. After "Venisachtem me'al ha'Adamah" in Pasuk 63 all refers to the era following Galus Romi. 1

Seforno (in Pasuk 14): The beginning of the Tochachah refers in Bayis Sheini, in the days of Antiyochus. Pasuk 36 ("Hashem will take you

Why does the Torah present the current Parshah in the third person ("Im Lo Sishma be'Kol Hashem... "), and the K'lalos in Bechukosai in the first person ("v'Im Lo Sishm'u Li" - Vayikra, 26:14)?

Rashi (in Pasuk 23): Because. whereas Moshe said the current K'lalos in his own name, 1 the K'lalos in Bechukosai he said in the name of Hashem. 2

Rashi writes that Moshe said these K'lalos in his own name, But the Torah in Pasuk 69, writes "Eileh Divrei ha'Bris asher Tzivah Hashem"?

Moshav Zekenim (in Pasuk 23): Hashem commanded Moshe to make a B'ris with K'lalos, but He left the wording to Moshe.
